Youth Remanded For Breaking And Larceny

Twenty three years old Lamin Mansaray unemployed has been remanded at the male correctional facility by magistrate John Manso Fornah of Pademba Road court No2 on a count charge to wit House Breaking and Larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 16th May 2026 at #93 Wilkinson Road the western area in Freetown with intent to steal broke and entered into the dwelling house of Adama Nourah Ngobeh and stole therein one Samsung Air conditioner, six bags of charcoal and one rubber chair all to the total valued of twelve thousand five hundred and fifty Leones(12,550) property of Adama Nourah Ngobeh
When the charge was read and explain to the defendant no plea was taken because it is a committal proceedings. The prosecutor sergeant 8811 Florence M Wilson applied for a subpoena to be served on the absence prosecution witness
Meanwhile magistrate Fornah refuse bail and sent the defendant to the male correctional facility in Freetown matter adjourned to the 2nd July 2026.
