Security Remanded On Alleged Theft

Twenty six years old Sampha Koroma a security has been sent to the male correctional facility in freetown by magistrate Mustapha Brima Jah of pademba Road court No1 on a count charge to wit Larceny by servant contrary to section 17 (1) (a) of the larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 28th April 2026 at along Wilkinson Road the western area in freetown been a security employed by Mohamed Kamara stole one Generator battery, Iron props and thirty piece of ply Wood all to the total valued of one hundred and forty five thousand five hundred Leones(145,500) property of Mohamed Kamara
When the charge was read and explain to the defendant no plea was taken because it is a committal proceeding.
