PFSL Exco Celebrates 365 Days in Office
The Executive of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Sierra Leone (PFSL) held their 365 days thanksgiving with the theme “Expansion Conference” at the Bethel Temple International Ministries, Tower Hill, Freetown.
Different Pentecostal churches gather together to celebrate the 365 days on Friday 3rd October 2025 at the Bethel Temple and Saturday 4th October 2025 at Saphyre Court where interaction and fundraising for PFSL building project was held.
The event started with intercession and opening prayers which was done by Apostle Augustine Kamara, a praise and worship session which was held by the worship team.
Apostle Siaka Abraham Kamara gave a warm welcome address, Rabbi Tamba Eric Mbayo acknowledged the guests.
Apostle Dora Dumbuya of Jesus is Lord Ministry, evangelised on how the Holy Spirit works, a powerful ministration that moved the crowd.
Pastor Gabriel Ariyo Olajuwon did the anointed for expansion.
Expansion for territory talk was done by the PFSL President, Bishop Akintayo Sam-Jolly.
Closing courtesies was done by Rev Praise Massaquoi, Rev Rashid Turay did the closing prayer.
In an interview with the President of PFSL, Bishop Akintayo Sam-Jolly informed his audience that he will build on the good foundation set up by his predecessors through the Eight Vision Pillars God has given to him to focus on for the next three years of his administration which covers:
1. Unity of the body
2. Harnessing collective strength: Harnessing the strength of the Pentecostal and Charismatic community in Sierra Leone
3. Growth and expansion: to ensure greater national impact for growth and expansion of the body
4. Collaboration/communication
5. Diaspora
6. Self – Regulation
7. Visibility and stability.
He made mention of the monthly conference they have introduced which was their general meeting that happens every month.
He maintained that as a Fellowship they have been engaged in national prayer and intercession for the nation.
He added that the construction of PFSL Headquarters in Tokeh would be used for fellowship, ministry training and outreach.
He also stressed on how PFSL has been doing trainings programs for Pastors and upcoming leaders and part of his pillars is to foster unity across denominations.
He emphasized that this is not the work of one man but the entire body of Christ, he encouraged people to continue to stand by and show support in achieving these eight pillars. In the case of Bishop Akintayo Sam-Jolly this is his second term in the office.
