Mineral Wealth Fund: A Money Laundering Scheme For Russian Oligarch Usmanov!!

There have questions about Sierra Leone Mineral Wealth Funds and how it will be financed. This has been lingering in the minds of productive Sierra Leoneans as they think about it.
The Government of Sierra Leone entered into an agreement with Mount View Konzern Management DMCC for the management of the Mineral Wealth Fund.
It is believed that the said company was brought into Sierra Leone by NPRC Junta strong man who is a friend of President Julius Maada Bio, Karefa Kargbo.
The CEO of Mount View Konzern Management is strongly linked with Russian Oligarch Usmanov who was blacklisted and faced global restriction and embargos following Putin’s War in Ukraine.
Usmanov is one of the strong financial supporters of the Russian Dictator, and to have an agent of Usmanov in the person of Igor Silberud to pioneer a deal on mineral wealth in Sierra Leone raised many questions than answers.
Igor Silberud has been a long-time personal assistant of Usmanov and has been described by many as the one doing the deals for both Usmanov and Putin.
When asked whether the Government of Sierra Leone did due diligence on Igor, Sierra Leone’s Finance Minister, Sheku Ahmed Fantamahdi Bagura said that the people that are fighting for the Mineral Wealth will only attack Igor because he is a foreigner but that they did due diligence on Igor before entering into a deal with him.
