Malodor Travelling Agency Is Operating Illegally- Says SLCAA

Malodor Travelling Agency and Tours Services (SL) Limited situated at 1 Karrow Avenue KKY Drive, Imatt in Freetown is not registered.
This was revealed by the Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) in their public notice dated 6th August 2024 informing the public that Malodor Travelling Agency is not registered with the SLCAA and that people should not do business with them.
SLCAA maintained that Malodor Travelling Agency commenced their registration process with the SLCAA but did not complete the process as they failed to submit necessary documents as stipulated by the Authority.
“Pursuant to Section 15 of the Civil Aviation Act, 2023, (1) ‘the Authority shall be responsible for civil aviation in Sierra Leone and the implementation and enforcement of this Act and regulations made under it and the obligations of Sierra Leone under the Chicago Convention and other applicable international agreements,” the Authority referenced.
SLCAA called on Malodor Travelling Agency to resume it registration process for completion.
