NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY AND INSURANCE TRUST

The National Social Security and Insurance Trust has allocated funds for the procurement of ICT Needs for the 2025 financial year.

The Trust now invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of ICT Needs as in the table below:

GST eligible bidders are required to clearly state the 15% GST before giving the final total to the bid price.

Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure in accordance with the Sierra Leone Public Procurement Act 2016 and open to all eligible suppliers who can demonstrate the eligibility requirement as stated in the bid document

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the Trust between 9am to 4pm, from Monday to Friday except on public holidays.

A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of anon-refundable fee of NLe500.00 (Five Hundred New Leones). Payment should be made by cash into the National Social Security Account No 1433403 at the Rokel Commercial Bank,Siaka Steven Street, Freetown. The pay-in slip must be submitted at the Finance Office 2nd Floor and submission of receipt issued by NASSIT Finance Office to the Procurement Office on the 1st floor before a bid document is issued to the bidder.

Interested bidders may download the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Trust’s website www.nassit.org.slYou can also download Bidding Document from the NPPA Website – nppa.gov.slor collect hard copy from same and submit their bids along with evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of NLe500.00(Five Hundred Leones Only) being the cost of the Bidding Document. Submission deadline is Wednesday, 25thJune, 2025 at 12noon Local Time.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Submission deadline is 25th June, 2025 not later than 12noon local time. All bids must be accompanied by:

 A valid Business registration certificate
 Original Bid Securitymust be submittedfrom a reputable Commercial Bank in the following sums:

Bids will be publicly opened on 25th June, 2025 at12noon Local Time in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.

The Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids without incurring any obligation to inform the affected bidder(s).

No liability will be accepted by the Trust for downloading incomplete documents.
