The National Grand Coalition (NGC) wishes to inform its members, supporters, stakeholders, and the general public that the High Court of Sierra Leone has granted an injunction restraining Mr. Jesmed Foday Mami Sumah from holding himself as Chairman or Leader of the NGC Party.
The injunction is effective immediately. Mr. Sumah is therefore prohibited from making statements, attending functions, or carrying out any activities in the name of the NGC Party.
The leadership of the NGC urges all members and the general public to respect this ruling and to conduct all party-related communications and engagements through the recognized and legitimate leadership.
This notice serves as a clear reminder that the NGC remains united under its lawful structures and committed to upholding the rule of law and democratic governance.
