Awareness Saves Lives …Dr. Ibrahim Bangura Joins Well Woman Clinic Breast Cancer Walk

Dr. Ibrahim Bangura joined the Well Woman Clinic’s annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, an event aimed at raising awareness, encouraging early detection and supporting people affected by the disease.
“Breast cancer is not just a health issue; it is a human issue that calls for compassion, collective responsibility, and sustained action,” Dr. Bangura said. He said regular screening, early diagnosis and access to appropriate care can help save lives and give more families hope.
Dr. Bangura commended the Well Woman Clinic for its continued commitment to the cause and its work to educate, support and empower communities.
He called on the public to stand in solidarity with survivors, support those currently battling the disease and honour those who have died. “No one should have to face this journey alone,” he said.
“Awareness saves lives. Early detection matters. Together, we can make a difference,” he added.
