DIB Promises Fully Transparent Digital Government System

Presidential Aspirant of the main opposition All People Congress APC, Dr Ibrahim Bangura as part of his vision explained that he will implement a fully transparent digital government system.
He made this known in a local radio station when he was questioned about his vision for Sierra Leone if he becomes the President.
He state that he will do differently by first start to heal, unite and build the country, pointing that he will have an inclusive leadership.
“We will have a fully transparent digital government system where citizens will track public spending and government projects in real time,” he maintained
He noted that they will invest in the young people, lift them from poverty and let them develop their lives away from politics, adding that they will be involved in politics but they will not depend on which government is in power for for the betterment of their lives.
He said that he will enforce equal development across all regions and that he will not just concentrate projects in just his stronghold, maintaining that development will cut across every district and region which in turn will help people to believe that the government is theirs
He said that he will not the discard good things other governments have done, adding that he will fight corruption and enhance transparency and accountability in governance, improve education and affordable healthcare for every Sierra Leonean.
“We will provide reliable electricity, water and infrastructural development but at the heart of all them will be women and young people. We want people to hold us accountable on our words and actions,” he said
