SLCAA Makes Clarification On Aircraft With Reg. 5N-BZZ

Sierra Leone Civil Aviation Authority (SLCAA) has made clarification on Aircraft with Nigerian Registration Marks 5N-BZZ contrary to what was circulating on social media regarding the Aircraft.
This clarification by the Authority was made on Monday 11th November 2024, informing the public that the Aircraft in question was involved in a runway excursion incident in May this year, while operating for Xejet Airline in Nigeria.
The SLCAA further explained that a runway excursion refers to an incident where an aircraft veers off the runway during landing or takeoff, or fails to remain on the designated landing strip.
