Firas Youssef Khalaf Dragged To Court For Evading NASSIT

Mahmoud Mansaray, employee has dragged his boss Firas Youssef Khalaf Manager of Family Kingdom Aberdeen Freetown, who is also managing United F.K Investment to Court for not registering him at NASSIT.
The defendants Firas Youssef is before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba Road Court No.1 on two counts ranging from Non Registration of an Employee Contrary to Section 30 (1) (a) of the National Social Security and Trust Act 2001 and making false representation with intent to evade payment of NASSIT contribution contrary to Section 32 (1) (a) of the National Social Security and Insurance Trust Act 2001.
According to the charge sheet on count 1, the defendant Firas Youssef on diverse dates between 12th April and 30th July 2024, at Family Kingdom, Aberdeen, Freetown, employed the complainant herein Mahmoud Mansaray as an Information Technology (IT) Officer but unlawfully failed to register the complainant with the National Social Security and Insurance Trust scheme.
Count 2 states that the defendant on the same date and place made false representation with intent to evade payment of NASSIT contribution for the complainant herein.
The complainant is represented by M.S Samura Esq and the defendant is represented by Sia Mahiwa Esq.
The defendant was granted bail and the matter was adjourned to 2nd September 2024.
