Basic Education Minister Monitors NPSE

The Minister of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE), Conrad Sackey has on Saturday 4th May monitored the National Primary School Examination (NPSE) in some schools across Freetown.
The move by the Minister is not just to monitor the process but to also instill confidence in pupils writing the exam.
During his visit, the Minister had discussions with exam coordinators, principals, parents, and other stakeholders.
He encouraged the pupils to carefully read the questions before answering and wished them good luck.
The parents expressed their gratitude to the Minister and the Sierra Leonean Government for the Free Quality School Education initiative and appreciated the Minister’s efforts in ensuring a flawless NPSE.
