The management of Central One Football Association (COFA) has rescheduled the COFA Inter Community 2018 final to play at the National Stadium for October 2.
The match will be played between Fourah Bay Community and Shell Jwellers at 4pm.
Both of these teams were outstanding in the competition, which earned them their place in the final and one of them will be crowned champion on October 21.
However, COFA has assured that the security will be watertight to prevent what happened on the initial date that was scheduled for the final.
The final was suspended because of the judgment of the referee which did not end in favor of one of the teams and eventually led to disruption of the game.
Both teams have agreed this time around to maintain the peace and stability, to keep up the spirit of sportsmanship and accept whatever the outcome of the game.
The management also noted that due to the ongoing renovation of the Stadium, only 19000 people would be allowed to enter the Stadium for the final due to the instruction of the management of the National Stadium.
The ticket prize will be le10,000 for open stand, le30,000 for cover stand and le50,000 for presidential stand.
Due to capacity management, once the tickets sale reaches 19000, no more would be sold.
